GENERAL
- All freight charges include shipping and handling.
- All freight charges are FLAT FEE. No additional shipping costs for multiple items!
- Please allow one day for credit card payments to clear.
- Orders will be shipped the next day/without undue delay.
- In the event of any delays you will receive prompt notification.
- We also accept MO, cash, wire transfer, checks or PayPal. Details on request.
- Buyers are liable to pay any custom charges.
- Only accurate values will be put on customs forms.

RETURN POLICY

- If upon receipt of your order, you decide you do not want an item you ordered you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges or a replacement. Please contact us prior to shipping for a return number:

- All US orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day (or an equivalent service) from our warehouse in Merrillville, IN, USA. For your convenience, an email message will be sent to you the day we ship your order. We will advise your tracking number to track your packages.

EUOPEAN UNION (EU)
- All orders from the EU are shipped via DPD from our warehouse in Europe. For your convenience, an email message will be sent to you the day we ship your order. We will advise your tracking number to track your packages.
